Frank Booth, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Manager of Aaro, has highlighted Giggle Academy as a promising model for utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to provide high-quality education free of charge and accessible worldwide. This statement was made in an article discussing the educational platform.

"That's why I've been so impressed by Giggle Academy. So much so that, I've written this article about it," said Booth, HSEQ Manager, according to LinkedIn. "Giggle Academy is free because it's being built as a mission-driven public good, not a commercial product. The creators have committed to keeping it ad-free, data-private, and permanently cost-free, aligning more with open-source and non-profit models than traditional edtech startups. Quality education should be a basic right. Giggle Academy feels like a glimpse of what's possible when technology is used with heart, ethics, and real-world impact in mind."

Giggle Academy represents a significant advancement in AI-enhanced global education by integrating gamified design and adaptive learning to reach underserved children globally. Founded by Changpeng "CZ" Zhao in early 2024, the academy targets regions with high illiteracy rates, such as sub-Saharan Africa and parts of South and West Asia. It offers entirely free online K-12 content through mobile-first platforms to maximize accessibility where traditional schooling is not available.

According to Zhao's remarks at Token2049 in April 2025, Giggle Academy aims to deliver free education to up to one billion children worldwide within a few years. This ambitious goal reflects its digital-first, AI-enabled model, which is rarely attempted by nonprofit platforms.

The curriculum design of Giggle Academy includes badges, levels, and soul-bound tokens on blockchain technology. It seeks to enhance learning engagement and retention by focusing on specialization and real-world skills. Studies suggest that this approach can lead to measurable improvements over traditional instruction methods. Early indications show that the model is gaining traction and "going viral" organically, suggesting strong user engagement potential.

Booth is also known as an HSEQ Manager and Power Apps innovator who authored "Frisson – How I Discovered A Superpower at 42." The book details how he utilized music-triggered physiological responses to improve mental and emotional well-being. He writes and speaks about integrating technology with safety systems and personal growth, positioning himself as both a practitioner and storyteller of transformative self-experiments.
