With gasoline prices surging across the country and showing few signs of slowing in any major way, a new Gasoline Misery Index report concludes Wisconsin residents will spend at least $709 more this year than they did last year in gas costs.Metro Business Daily's "Gasoline Misery" Index tracks how much more (or less) the average American consumer will have to spend on gasoline on an annual basis.
