Emily Wolff and Paul Weckman have been recognized for their contributions to Covington's culinary scene. The couple owns five restaurants in the city, including Otto’s, Frida 602, Larry’s, The Standard, and Mama’s on Main. Each venue showcases a unique aesthetic that reflects their passion for community and creativity.

Wolff has also made her mark beyond the restaurant industry with her art studio and public art installations, such as the vibrant 6th Street train underpass in MainStrasse Village. Patrick Duffy, Covington Business Retention and Expansion Manager, praised her work: “Together, Emily and Paul have helped shape Covington into the dynamic, creative, and authentic city it is today.”

Weckman contributes his culinary skills to their businesses. His background in agricultural economics and finance complements his talents in the kitchen.

The couple was awarded as part of the 2025 Authenti-CITY awards by Covington's Economic Development team. These awards were introduced in 2021 to celebrate National Economic Development Week by recognizing those who embody authenticity in the community.
