New Jersey saw $1.48 billion in nuclear verdicts between 2009 and 2023

On May 3, public relations firm Marathon Strategies published a report revealing that New Jersey had 14 jury verdicts larger than $10 million between 2009 and 2023. These so-called "nuclear" verdicts amounted to a total of $1,480,387,446.
