AAA has announced the recipients of its 2025 Service Providers of Excellence and Best in Auto Repair awards. The recognition highlights top AAA Service Providers and AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities nationwide, based on evaluations by a panel of AAA experts.
The awards honor organizations that have demonstrated high levels of member satisfaction, quality service, and community involvement. "These outstanding partners have consistently achieved high member satisfaction, provided excellent service, and made significant contributions to their communities. Congratulations to all the deserving winners!" according to AAA.
For the Service Providers of Excellence category, Gold Winners include Falcon Towing (Gardena, California), Angelo’s Towing & Recovery (Kirby, Texas), Excell Road Service (Wheeling, Illinois), and Riverside Auto & Towing (Chauncey, Ohio). Silver honors went to Golden Bear Towing, Inc. (Chino, CA), Hooked On Towing (Ontario, California), Bayside Roadside Services (Los Angeles, California), and RBS Towing (Ramona, California). Bronze recipients were DeFalco’s Instant Towing, Inc. (Chatham, New Jersey), I-10 Towing and Recovery (Montclair, California), C&D Towing (El Cajon, Connecticut), and Montana City Towing (Montana City, Montana).
In the Best in Auto Repair category for 2025 Gold Winners included Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), DeFalco’s Automotive & Towing (Surfside Beach, South Carolina), Roy Foster’s Automotive (Reno, Nevada) and Cloverdale Automotive & Tires (Cloverdale, California). Silver awards went to Hansen Motor Company (Brigham City, Utah), DeBoer’s Auto (North Hamburg, New Jersey), Xpertech Auto Repair (Englewood, Florida) and Fortier’s Auto Sales & Service (Fall River, Massachusetts). Bronze honorees included Nick Chevrolet Inc. (Tarentum, Pennsylvania); Leon’s Car Care Center (Eureka, California); Stroup’s Garage Inc (Yeager Town, Pennsylvania); Brown’s Tire,Towing,and Auto Care Center,
Inc.(Shepherdstown, West Virginia).

The program requires regular inspections by ASE-certified or manufacturer-trained specialists.
