The series "Severance" leads with 27 nominations, while "The Studio" has made history as the most-nominated new comedy series with 23 nominations. Additionally, Apple TV+ is notable for having multiple titles nominated in both the Outstanding Comedy and Drama Series categories.
Zack Van Amburg, Apple's head of Worldwide Video, expressed pride in the achievements: “Everyone at Apple is celebrating the talent, creativity, and hard work of all of our Emmy nominees this morning.” Jamie Erlicht, also from Apple's Worldwide Video team, noted the impact these series have had on global culture.
Among other recognitions, "Severance" has received nominations for Outstanding Drama Series and various acting categories including Adam Scott for Outstanding Lead Actor. Meanwhile, "The Studio" earned nominations such as Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actor for Seth Rogen.
Apple's "Shrinking," in its second season, secured its first nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series and saw Harrison Ford receive his first Emmy nomination. "Slow Horses" garnered several nods including Outstanding Drama Series and recognition for Gary Oldman's performance.
Other Apple productions like "The Gorge," "Deaf President Now!," and documentaries have also been acknowledged. This year marks another successful run for Apple TV+, adding to its previous accolades including wins from past years' Emmys and Oscars.
