John Deere has introduced new features in its Operations Center, aiming to enhance the digital experience for customers. These updates are designed to provide users with comprehensive jobsite data and machine health information, facilitating real-time decision-making that can boost profitability. The company is focused on investing in digital tools like Operations Center and Equipment Mobile by adding new features and enhancements.

The recent updates are based on feedback from John Deere customers, addressing daily challenges faced by industry professionals. Katie Voelliger, product marketing manager at John Deere, stated, "Our customers voiced their needs for solutions that help provide additional jobsite monitoring and analysis to manage costs, optimize productivity and ultimately increase profits." She added that the new features within Operations Center allow customers to monitor their fleet more effectively than before.

Among the enhancements is the Maintenance Plan Auto Assignment feature within Equipment Mobile. This tool allows dealers to plan maintenance proactively and communicate seamlessly with customers to ensure equipment availability. Customers can add factory maintenance plans to their machines, view specific parts needed for service, streamline maintenance setup, and manage their machines efficiently.

The John Deere Equipment Mobile app also assists customers in managing their equipment with ease. It provides access to the Operator's Manual, parts information, maintenance schedules, service tracking, and more.

John Deere continues its legacy of innovation in agriculture and construction nearly 200 years after its inception with a steel plow. The company remains committed to advancing technologies across various sectors including forestry, turf management, power systems, among others.
