Amazon's Cyber Monday 2024 will take place on December 2, following Black Friday. Cyber Monday deals will be available from 12:01 AM PST on November 30, 2024, through 11:59 PM PST on December 2, 2024.
Customers can browse Amazon’s Deals page for early offers and use Alexa to find deals. By asking “Alexa, what are my deals?”, users can get notifications about discounts on items in their Wish List or Cart. The Amazon app also provides alerts for price drops on saved items.
For gift shopping, customers can explore Amazon’s Holiday Shop and the 2024 Toys We Love list. Amazon also features a range of gifts from small businesses, including those owned by Black, woman, military family, Hispanic, Asian & Pacific Islander, and LGBTQIA communities. Amazon’s new AI-powered assistant, Rufus, can help shoppers find gifts and holiday items.
To access Cyber Monday deals, customers can join Amazon Prime. Prime members enjoy benefits such as fast, free delivery, exclusive deals, and access to entertainment. Prime membership costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year in the U.S. Discounted options are available for young adults, college students, and government assistance recipients.
This holiday season, Amazon is spotlighting an array of gifts from Black-owned businesses, offering shoppers a way to support diverse entrepreneurs while finding unique, high-quality products. Through its platform, Amazon provides a dedicated space where customers can discover items across various categories from these businesses.
The Black Business Accelerator (BBA) by Amazon is a comprehensive program designed to empower Black-owned businesses with resources to thrive in its marketplace. Since its launch in 2021, BBA has supported thousands of entrepreneurs with education, financial assistance, and mentorship to expand their reach and build their brand. Eligible businesses—those based in the U.S., at least 51% Black-owned, and with a Professional selling account—can access benefits like advertising credits, free product imaging, and the use of a special Black-owned badge. Additionally, participants can join the Amplify program for targeted business coaching and peer mentorship, aimed at enhancing operations and scaling growth.
