The U.S. Senate has confirmed Arielle Roth as the new Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). Roth is set to oversee telecommunications policy amid increasing demand for spectrum. The Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) has been advocating for expanded high-speed broadband access for over 25 years.

Brian McMillan, Vice President of Federal Affairs at CCIA, expressed support for Roth's confirmation. “We welcome Administrator Roth and look forward to working with her to advance internet connectivity for consumers and businesses. Allocating quality spectrum will be crucial to digital services that continue to redefine technology frontiers which fuel U.S. economic growth,” he stated.
