SparkHaus, an entrepreneurship hub in Northern Kentucky, has announced that 50% of its 34 dedicated offices have been leased. This includes the recent signing of SYRV.AI to one of SparkHaus' two premier Enterprise Office Suites.
Located on Covington's Madison Avenue, SparkHaus was developed to support the region's entrepreneurs and high-growth companies. The leasing milestone comes ahead of the building's opening this September and highlights a strong demand for flexible workspaces in Northern Kentucky.
"When we set out to create SparkHaus, we were confident entrepreneurs would be energized by this space," Dave Knox, Blue North executive director, said. "Because ultimately, we're not just filling offices — we're building a vibrant, connected community of innovators and professionals who want to be part of something bigger."
SparkHaus offers various workspaces from dedicated desks and small offices to suites. A founder might start with a coworking membership before moving to a dedicated desk or office on the second floor.
The dedicated offices at SparkHaus range from two desks up to ten within the building's two Enterprise Office Suites. These private offices are designed for high-growth companies and venture-backed startups, offering space and resources needed for scaling quickly.
Members have access to high-speed internet, a podcasting suite, conference rooms, and other amenities that encourage focus while allowing connections leading to new opportunities.
SparkHaus is a partnership between Kenton County, the Northern Kentucky Port Authority, and Blue North. It aims to be a comprehensive resource for Northern Kentucky’s entrepreneurs.
