Apple Arcade will expand its offerings on August 7 with the addition of four exclusive games. These new titles will join a catalog of over 200 games, all free from ads and in-app purchases.
The new games include "Play-Doh World" by Scary Beasties, which allows players to create Play-Doh characters that come to life in an interactive environment. The game offers numerous zones and regular content updates for creative play.
"Worms Across Worlds," developed by StoryToys and Behaviour Interactive, is the latest installment in the Worms series. Players will navigate through five dimensions to stop Professor Worminkle's experiments, offering both solo and multiplayer modes.
"Let’s Go Mightycat!" by PONOS Corporation transforms a feline into a galactic hero. This spinoff of "The Battle Cats" involves customizing the cat hero and completing puzzle stages across planetary levels.
"Everybody Shogi" by AltPlus Inc. presents a modern take on the traditional Japanese board game shogi. It features daily challenges, custom decks, and real-time matches against global players.
Apple Arcade is available for $6.99 per month with a one-month free trial. Customers purchasing new Apple devices receive three months free. The service is also part of Apple One plans ranging from $19.95 to $37.95 monthly, each with a one-month trial.
Games can be played across various Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, although availability may vary based on hardware and software compatibility.
