The city of Covington, Kentucky, is gearing up for a summer filled with events and activities that cater to a variety of interests. The return of the outdoor concert series, movie nights in the park, an outdoor craft market, and other seasonal activities mark the start of summer.

The 2025 Music@BCM Summer Concert Series kicks off at Behringer-Crawford Museum with "Music@BCM Presents The Turkeys." Gates open at 6 p.m., rain or shine, at BCM's outdoor amphitheater located at 1600 Montague Road. In case of rain, the performance will be moved indoors. Attendees can purchase food from Skyline Chili or Taste on Elm and enjoy drinks from a cash bar while participating in a split-the-pot game. Visitors are also invited to explore the museum's special exhibits celebrating its 75th anniversary.

For those interested in games, the American Cornhole League hosts its Thursday Night Cornhole Tournament at The Fieldhouse every week. Participants can join regardless of their skill level or familiarity with cornhole terminology.

Revival Vintage Spirits & Bottle Shop will feature Rising Tides Spirits' Ed Bley on Friday. Attendees have the opportunity to taste new releases like Old Stubborn and Old Swagger and meet Bley himself.

Covington Parks and Recreation is hosting Movie Night in the Park on Friday with a showing of "If" at Hands Pike Park. This free event includes complimentary drinks and snacks for all attendees.

Saturday marks Opening Day at Randolph Pool and Bill Cappel Splash Pad as Covington Parks and Recreation welcomes residents for a day of water fun under the sun.

Goebel Park will host Cov Craft Covington’s Curated Makers Market on Saturday, organized by Handzy Shop + Studio. Visitors can browse curated vendors while enjoying beer from West Sixth Brewing.

On Sunday, SoHza Sister Boutique offers June Brunch & Blessings – “Forgiveness” with Mary Barr Rhodes. This brunch includes participation in a Forgiveness Circle designed to explore forgiveness alongside Vietnamese spring rolls.

Live music enthusiasts can catch performances throughout the weekend across various venues including Smoke Justis, Juniper’s, Galaxie, Madison Theater, and more.
