Northern Kentucky Norse Women's Basketball concluded a three-game road trip with a matchup against Bradley in Peoria, Illinois. Despite an early lead, the Norse were ultimately defeated by the Braves' strong defense, resulting in a 62-57 loss.

The game saw Halle Idowu leading Northern Kentucky with 16 points on 8-15 shooting, alongside five rebounds, two assists, and a steal. Jaci Jones contributed ten points, including three successful three-point shots. Kamora Morgan made her first start for the Norse and scored seven points.

Northern Kentucky began the game with intensity, taking a 13-point lead in the first quarter while forcing Bradley into seven turnovers. However, shooting struggles emerged over the second and third quarters as they went 9-33 from the field. The Braves capitalized on this to narrow the gap to two points entering the fourth quarter.

In the final quarter, despite Northern Kentucky's improved shooting performance of 7-13 from the field, Bradley secured their victory by making 10 out of 12 free throw attempts. A late shot clock violation hindered Northern Kentucky's chance to tie the game.

The Norse will face Eastern Kentucky next Saturday at Truist Arena as part of a doubleheader event.
