Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital have announced a $20 million investment in NovoPayment, a company known for its financial and payment infrastructure services. This funding is aimed at supporting NovoPayment's efforts to scale and expand its commercial partnerships.

NovoPayment provides digital banking, payments, and card solutions through its SaaS platform. It serves various financial institutions across 15 markets in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. The company's platform includes solutions like digital wallets, virtual cards, cross-border transfers, and more.

Anabel Perez, CEO of NovoPayment, expressed enthusiasm about the investment: “We are thrilled to receive this investment from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital to support our continued innovation and service expansion to grow our customer base, further amplifying our positive impact in the markets in which we operate.” She added that NovoPayment is well-positioned in the evolving financial services landscape.

Pete Chung from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital highlighted NovoPayment’s strong position in Latin America: “NovoPayment’s robust technology platform has positioned the company as a leader in the Latin America market.” Nick Nocito also emphasized their support for Anabel Perez and her team as they continue to grow.

NovoPayment's business model integrates scalable solutions with secure infrastructure to enhance customer experiences. Previously, it has received investments from IDCV, Fuel Venture Capital, IDB, Visa, and Endeavor Catalyst.
