Ares Management, Carlyle's Global Credit platform, and Goldman Sachs Alternatives have committed approximately £1.2 billion in debt financing to OneAdvanced. This financial package aims to support the refinancing of OneAdvanced's existing debt facilities. The UK-based enterprise software provider is backed by Vista Equity Partners and BC Partners.

OneAdvanced, founded in 2008, provides mission-critical SaaS solutions in finance, procurement, people management, and governance sectors. It employs 1,800 people globally and serves over 10,000 customers across healthcare, education, government, housing, and professional services sectors.

Allan Nielsen from Ares expressed satisfaction with the collaboration: “We are pleased to collaborate with Carlyle and Goldman Sachs Alternatives to provide a highly bespoke and flexible financing solution at scale to support OneAdvanced in its next stage of strategic growth.” Taj Sidhu from Carlyle also noted their enthusiasm: “We are delighted to support OneAdvanced’s future growth.”

Moritz Jobke from Goldman Sachs highlighted the company's market position: “OneAdvanced is a market-leading ERP software provider in the UK... Providing complex and bespoke financing solutions to industry leaders is core to our Hybrid Capital strategy.”

The transaction is expected to complete in Q3 2025 pending customary closing conditions.
