Northern Kentucky University (NKU) men's soccer team held a Senior Day event on Saturday at Scudamore Field, honoring eight seniors during their match against Milwaukee. The seniors celebrated were Jacob Haskins, Simon Knuewe, Nic Lemen, Caleb Mundell, Tyler Murphy, Will Nicholson, Chris Sederquist, and Nico Stoddart. They were joined by family and friends for the occasion.

The match concluded with a final score of Northern Kentucky 1 and Milwaukee 4. The game took place at NKU Soccer Stadium in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Following this result, Northern Kentucky's record stands at 2-5-7 overall and 1-2-4 in the Horizon League. Meanwhile, Milwaukee's record is now 7-4-4 overall and 3-3-1 in the Horizon League.

During the match, Northern Kentucky had six corner kicks. Jason Purks scored his second goal of the season in the 81st minute with an assist from Douglas Fajardo.

Milwaukee secured their victory by scoring one goal in the first half and three more in the second half.

Looking ahead, Northern Kentucky will face Purdue Fort Wayne on Friday.
