SiriusXM has unveiled a new initiative called Listen Next, aimed at nurturing diverse audio talent and fostering inclusivity in podcasting. The program will be supported by State Farm as its first launch sponsor and is set to work with leading, diverse-led production companies to assist up-and-coming creators in establishing successful podcasting careers. The inaugural season of Listen Next will kick off with the show "Stars and Stars with Isa," a collaboration between SiriusXM and Futuro Studios, scheduled to debut on March 19.

State Farm's Marketing Director, Brent Malik Bynum, expressed the importance of providing a platform for new voices in the digital landscape, stating, "Podcasts are increasing in popularity especially with younger generations, so it is imperative that new talent can showcase their perspectives and creative talents across the growing digital landscape."

Kameel Stanley, Program Director at Stitcher Studios, highlighted the program's goal to accelerate the careers of emerging podcasting talent, emphasizing the impact of collaborating with diverse-led production studios. Stanley stated, "By collaborating directly with diverse-led production studios, we are able to make a greater impact in amplifying rising voices behind the mic."

By sponsoring the first season of Listen Next, State Farm aims to empower the next generation of podcasters and contribute to the diversification of the podcasting industry. Mike Reid, Vice President of Revenue Partnerships at SiriusXM Media, applauded State Farm's involvement in supporting BIPOC creators and amplifying diverse voices in podcasting, stating, "We are thrilled to have State Farm joining us in investing not only in the next generation of great BIPOC creators, but also in our overall mission to amplify diverse voices and uplift future podcasting superstars."
