Muncie-Delaware County, Indiana Economic Development Alliance issued the following announcement.

Each year the Academy attracts bright emerging leaders in Muncie and Delaware County, providing an orientation of our community through a broad view of civic leadership to further develop professional talent and provide networking opportunities. This intensive class meets once a week for 10 weeks.
