Each year the Academy attracts bright emerging leaders in Muncie and Delaware County, providing an orientation of our community through a broad view of civic leadership to further develop professional talent and provide networking opportunities.

The Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce honored Kelly Stanley with their 2018 Legacy Award. The Gala Event held at the Horizon Convention Center, had nearly 300 guests.
