Virtua Partners will develop a 21-acre mixed-use development along I-10 in Tolleson, Arizona, the company announced last week.

Virtual Partners affiliate Quyp Development Services will handle the implementation of the planned development, which includes two hotels, as well as retail and residential units. The property was purchased for $2.5 million.

"We are excited to have the opportunity to develop this highly visible property," Principal of Virtua Partners and Quyp Development Quinn Palomino said.  "Market conditions in the West Valley are strong and we expect growth to continue over the next few years. In addition, the City of Tolleson is very supportive of commercial development and we look forward to working with Tolleson to create a high quality project."

The Tollson project will be add to Quyp's portfolio of six development projects in Arizona, with others in Mesa, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria and Phoenix.
