Virtua Partners has acquired two major properties in the Phoenix area totaling 146 acres including the Villa De Paz Golf Club and Bennett Meadows, a 28-acre property the company will use for a single-family residential development.

Marriott International has approved plans for the development of a Fairfield Inn and Suites as an anchor to a mixed-use project by Virtua Partners in Tolleson, a recent release said.

Virtua Partners will develop a 21-acre mixed-use development along I-10 in Tolleson, the company announced last week.
