Gov. Gretchen Whitmer joined the Michigan Economic Development Corp. July 26 to announce Gentex’s $300 million expansion in Zeeland.

A Portland, Oregon, based manufacturer of sustainable outdoor footwear has announced that it will relocate its headquarters to Grand Rapids.

The Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) is backing the expansion of two business operations in the state that will facilitate 68 additional jobs through a $7.7 million private investment.

This week, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced that the expansion of Detroit-based Aerostar Manufacturing has created 62 new high-paying jobs for the area.
