Allergan Aesthetics, a company under AbbVie, has announced the selection of entrepreneurs for The Confidence Project: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs. This initiative by BOTOX Cosmetic aims to address the Confidence Gap and foster business growth for selected entrepreneurs nationwide.

The chosen participants come from diverse industries and backgrounds. They attended a Virtual Community Summit focused on business development, camaraderie, and financial coaching. They will now join an intensive 12-week "Boostcamp," powered by Hello Alice, offering practical tools and mentorship.

Nicole Katz, Vice President of Customer Engagement and Corporate Affairs at Allergan Aesthetics, expressed her pride in welcoming the new group of entrepreneurs. "As the leader in aesthetics, we know what's possible when preparation and confidence are met with opportunity," she stated.

After the Boostcamp, some entrepreneurs will take part in a Pitch Lab to present their businesses to a grant selection committee. Twenty business owners will each receive a $20,000 grant from BOTOX Cosmetic. The selection panel includes Allergan Aesthetics executives and aesthetic entrepreneurs such as Shawna Chrisman.

Shawna Chrisman highlighted the importance of community in building successful businesses. "These entrepreneurs aren't just growing companies; they're reshaping industries and bettering communities," she said.

The 20 grant recipients will be announced in October 2025. More information about The Confidence Project is available on www.botoxcosmetic.com/realimpact.

BOTOX Cosmetic is used for improving moderate to severe facial lines temporarily but may cause serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention. Detailed safety information is provided by Allergan Aesthetics.
