The Cincinnati Regional Chamber's Center for Research and Data has published a new report titled "Embracing Growth: Cincinnati Neighborhood Profiles." This document provides data, analysis, and insights on population, housing, and home value growth across the city's 52 neighborhoods. It follows the initial installment in the series, "Embracing Growth: Principles for Regional Housing," released in 2021.

Brandon Rudd, Director of the Center for Research and Data, stated that “the neighborhood level analysis in ‘Embracing Growth: Cincinnati Neighborhood Profiles’ makes clear the positive impacts of building more housing in our center city neighborhoods.” He added that “the data plainly show the implications of an increasing population and a decreasing supply of housing on our City’s communities and residents.”

The report features key takeaways about the city as a whole, detailed neighborhood growth analyses by specific indicators, and profiles summarizing changes over the past decade. The data on population, housing units, and occupancy is sourced from decennial censuses conducted in 2010 and 2020. Home value data spans from 2010 to 2023 using the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI), offering a comprehensive view of the housing market. Rent data was not included due to its unreliability at small geographic scales.

The Cincinnati Regional Chamber aims to enhance regional vibrancy and economic prosperity. It focuses on growing the economy, population, and cultural vibrancy with strong business community foundations to create an inclusive environment. The Chamber offers various programs and partnerships to realize this vision.
