The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the participants for WE Lead Class 19, a program under its Leadership Center aimed at developing women leaders in the region. This year, 60 individuals have been selected to participate in the 10-month leadership development initiative.

WE Lead is part of the Women Excel platform and is presented by BT RISE and TiER1 Performance. The program focuses on personal growth through strategic goal setting and networking with peers. Devona Stripling, Director of Women Excel & Diverse by Design at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, emphasized the community aspect of WE Lead: "When you join WE Lead, you become part of a community of women that care about the individual progress and development of each person, regardless of where you come from or where you stand."

The program includes participants from various industries across Cincinnati. Over its 18-year history, nearly 1,000 women have graduated from WE Lead.

Participants in Class 19 include professionals such as Alexandra Rock from Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Amber Teufel from Procter & Gamble, Ameila Armstrong from Cintas Corporation, Amy Burke from Cincinnati Art Museum, among others.

The Cincinnati Regional Chamber aims to enhance economic prosperity and cultural vibrancy in the region through initiatives like WE Lead. The organization seeks to create an inclusive environment by fostering business growth and community engagement.
