The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the selection of 55 emerging leaders for Class 11 of Cincy Next, a leadership development initiative. This program is organized by the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.
Cincy Next targets professionals with less than eight years of experience, aiming to enhance their leadership skills, broaden their networks, and deepen their understanding of personal, business, and community dynamics.
Megan Liebenow, Program Manager at the Leadership Center, commented on the program's objectives: “Cincy Next equips the future leaders of our region with practical leadership skills, civic connections, and opportunities to grow in ways that will extend in their respective organizations and outside of those walls as well.” She added that participants would gain new tools and refine existing ones to advance both personally and professionally. The approach focuses on building relationships within the communities where they work and live.
The program spans eight months and includes various activities such as leadership workshops, tours, activities, and a group project. It aims to provide participants with comprehensive growth opportunities.
