The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the new cohort for its C-Change program, now in its 19th iteration. This initiative, organized by the Chamber's Leadership Center, is designed to connect participants with a variety of organizations across the region. It aims to enhance civic participation skills and leadership capabilities while involving participants in community projects that apply their learning.

Andrea Mersmann, Director of the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, stated, “These leaders are molding our region’s future and through C-Change, we get to see them cultivate and refine their impact today.” She expressed enthusiasm about launching the 19th class.
