Papa Johns has announced that the Shaq-a-Roni pizza, developed in collaboration with basketball star and franchisee Shaquille O’Neal, is now a permanent item on their menu. Initially launched as a limited-time offer in 2020, the Shaq-a-Roni quickly gained popularity due to its large size, extra cheese, and pepperoni.

Shaquille O’Neal expressed his enthusiasm for the pizza's permanence on the menu: “The Shaq-a-Roni isn’t just a pizza — it’s a slam dunk,” he said. “I’m pumped that it’s now here to stay. It’s big, it’s delicious, and it brings people together — just like pizza should.”

To celebrate this addition to Papa Johns' core offerings, O’Neal is distributing Shaq-a-Ronis to organizations supporting causes like youth entrepreneurship and leadership in communities close to him.
