The Northern Kentucky Health Department has announced a series of public meetings in May 2025, as part of its commitment to transparency under Kentucky’s Open Meetings Act (KRS.61.805-61.850). These meetings will be held at different locations and times to accommodate community participation.

The first meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the NKY Health District Office located at 8001 Veterans Memorial Drive, Florence, KY 41042.

A second meeting will take place at the same location on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m.

The final meeting in this series is set for Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Boone County Health Center located at 7505 Burlington Pike, Florence, KY 41042. This meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m.

The Northern Kentucky Health Department serves over 400,000 residents across Boone, Campbell, Grant and Kenton Counties. Its mission focuses on preventing disease and promoting wellness while protecting against health threats. The department aims to be a leader in public health nationwide and was among the first to achieve national public health accreditation.
