Kenton County Parks & Recreation is reinstating its popular summer series, Wild Wednesdays, at Middleton-Mills Park, Shelter House 2, in Covington. This complimentary and family-focused program seeks to offer participants an opportunity to engage with nature directly and interactively.

Events occur every Wednesday and are structured as follows: pre-program activities commence at 9:30 AM, the main program runs from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with a post-program wrap-up concluding at 11:00 AM. Participants are provided lunch at 11:30 AM. Attendees can also participate in raffles featuring prizes donated by local community members.

Lunch is complimentary for children courtesy of the Summer Food Service Program in conjunction with Kenton County Schools, which notes, "This institution is an equal opportunity provider." Adult meals are available at a cost of $5.00.
