As part of an effort to promote sustainable practices in honor of Earth Day, AAA has partnered with NAPA to facilitate automotive battery recycling for its members. Through the NAPA Rewards program, AAA members can now recycle their old or unwanted automotive batteries at participating NAPA stores and receive a $10 credit in return.

The initiative utilizes the extensive networks of both organizations to ensure safe and sustainable disposal of automotive batteries. It aims to encourage recycling by providing incentives to responsible AAA and NAPA Rewards members.

To participate, AAA members need to visit Recycling-Rewards.com to register their information. After verification, members can choose the nearest participating NAPA store for battery drop-off, where the NAPA reward will be issued.

NAPA AUTO PARTS operates nearly 6,000 stores across the United States, supported by a network of distribution centers and offering over 560,000 parts, accessories, and supplies. For more information about NAPA, visit www.napaonline.com.

AAA, founded in 1902, is now one of North America's largest membership organizations, providing various services, including roadside assistance and financial services, to over 65 million members. More details about AAA’s offerings can be found at AAA.com.
