In 2023, the Economic Development Administration (EDA) issued 17 grants totaling $10,593,709 to fund economic development projects in Indiana.

This represents a 73.4% decrease from 2022, when the state received $39,845,800 in funding.

Indiana ranked 15th across the U.S. in total EDA grant funding for 2023. South Carolina topped the list with $30,038,466 in funding across 14 grants.

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Inc. received the largest EDA grant for funding an economic development project in the state, totalling $2,203,650.
