The Cincinnati Regional Chamber has announced the acceptance of 53 leaders into Class 12 of Cincy Next, a leadership development program. This eight-month initiative is managed by the Leadership Center at the Chamber and sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.
Cincy Next is targeted at emerging leaders with fewer than eight years of professional experience. The program aims to enhance leadership skills, expand professional networks, and deepen knowledge of self, business, and community. Participants in the program are selected based on their leadership potential and their interest in connecting with other young professionals. The program consists of a variety of workshops, activities, tours, and a group project.
Kendra Perkins, Program Coordinator at the Leadership Center, commented, "In bringing together talented young professionals from across the Cincinnati region, Cincy Next fosters growth, collaboration, and the development of the next generation of leaders who will shape our community’s future. These leaders will gain skills to positively influence their organizations and companies, advance their careers and become better equipped to solve challenges in our civic spaces."
