Following the confirmation of Kelly Loeffler as administrator of the Small Business Administration, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices has expressed its support and eagerness to collaborate with her. The organization, which advocates for small businesses nationwide, released a statement through its National Leadership Council.

"On behalf of small business owners across the country, we congratulate Kelly Loeffler on her confirmation to lead the Small Business Administration,” stated the National Leadership Council of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices. “We’re looking forward to working with the new Administration and Congress to advance policies that will help small businesses create jobs and drive growth. Central to that policy agenda will be the Small Business Administration, championing the priorities of entrepreneurs on Main Street and seeking input from small business owners on how to jumpstart our economy and drive growth. From access to capital and tax policy to reducing regulation and improving access to child care, small business owners are eager to shape solutions that level the playing field so that we can remain at the heart of our nation's economic prosperity.”

Earlier in the year, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices partnered with the Bipartisan Policy Center to release a policy playbook aimed at supporting small businesses. This report offers recommendations designed to help these businesses compete effectively by addressing issues such as red tape reduction and barriers removal while fostering an environment conducive for technological investment.

The National Leadership Council is composed of entrepreneurs advocating for supportive policies for small businesses. Its members include Chair Jessica Johnson-Cope from Johnson Security Bureau in New York; Janice Jucker from Three Brothers Bakery in Houston; Khari Parker from Connie’s Chicken and Waffles in Baltimore; Jill Bommarito from Ethel's Baking Company in Detroit; and Bryan Pate from ElliptiGo in Solana Beach.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices builds upon its predecessor program by organizing participants around important advocacy efforts. Since its inception four years ago, it has worked towards empowering entrepreneurs through education programs along with providing necessary financial resources.
