The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has announced an expanded family office platform designed to offer private wealth clients greater flexibility and choice. This new platform integrates the firm's Ayco and Private Wealth Management (PWM) family office offerings, providing both an advisor-led outsourced family office solution and à la carte services tailored to specific client needs.

John Mallory, co-head of global Private Wealth Management, emphasized the importance of strong governance, flexibility, and continuity in their discussions with clients about building a family office. "We are committed to delivering exceptional value and personalized support to meet our clients where and how they want to be served based on their unique and evolving needs," he stated.

Stacy Mullaney, global head of the Goldman Sachs Family Office, highlighted the benefits of integrating services into one platform. "By integrating our services into one platform, we can provide the scale and resources necessary to meet our clients’ increasing demand for holistic wealth management," she said.

The PWM division leverages its experience with large institutional family offices through its Apex team. This team offers investment opportunities, intellectual capital, private market expertise, and access sourced from Goldman Sachs' network of partners.

Ayco continues to partner with over 500 corporate clients to optimize executive time and effectiveness through integrated wealth planning services. These include insurance, tax planning & preparation, estate planning, access to the Goldman Sachs wealth platform, and coordination assistance.

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management focuses on creating comprehensive plans for ultra-high net worth individuals and families as well as select institutions. The firm is a leading global financial institution founded in 1869 with headquarters in New York.

Family Office Services will be provided by GS&Co based on individual client needs but do not include investment or brokerage services for GS&Co accounts unless explicitly agreed upon between clients and GS&Co. Some services may be offered by third-party vendors independent of GS&Co.
