The Gaithersburg Chamber of Commerce hosted the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Enclave Gaithersburg on December 3. The event marked the official opening of the facility, which offers private offices, flexible workspace, and services aimed at fostering innovation and collaboration.

At the ceremony, Enclave received multiple honors, including a Certificate of Special Recognition from U.S. Senator Ben Cardin, a Certificate of Recognition from County Executive Marc Elrich, a Citation from State Senator Cheryl C. Kagan, and a Governor's Citation from Governor Wes Moore.

The City of Gaithersburg also officially proclaimed December 3 as “Enclave Coworking Day.” The ceremony was attended by local officials, business leaders, and community members.

Paula Ross, president of the Gaithersburg Chamber of Commerce, spoke at the event and highlighted the company’s potential to drive regional growth.

“Enclave offers hybrid and remote workers the opportunity to work locally, close to home and without the commute,” Ross said. “After opening just three short weeks ago, the space is nearly sold out, a testament to the impact they are already making in Gaithersburg. We're thrilled to officially welcome them to town.”

Enclave is designed to serve as a workspace for professionals, offering boutique spaces with modern amenities.

“We are thrilled to bring this vision to life and are deeply honored by the recognition from our distinguished leaders,” said Jake Ganey, general manager of the DMV region. “Enclave Gaithersburg is more than a space—it’s a movement to empower our community and catalyze growth.”

Enclave plans to open a location in Bethesda in early spring 2025.
