AAA has announced the appointment of Meg Lane as its new Chief Brand Officer. In this newly-created role, Lane will oversee a team dedicated to enhancing the AAA brand alongside AAA Clubs nationwide.

Lane was chosen from over 100 candidates for her extensive experience in brand and marketing. Previously, she served as Vice President, Global Brands and Creative at Travel + Leisure, where she defined global brand strategy and helped shape the organization's identity through content that fostered a cohesive brand experience.

Before her tenure at Travel + Leisure, Lane worked at Findsome & Winmore in various digital marketing roles across sectors such as higher education, sports, nonprofits, and healthcare.
Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts from New England College along with certificates in AI in Marketing and Marketing & Analytics from the University of Virginia. She has received several performance awards including one from the American Resort Development Association for Best Integrated Marketing Communications.
