Amira Sajwani, founder and CEO of PRYPCO, said that purchasing fractional assets allows investors to "compete" with traditional "financial instruments" like bonds and stocks. Sajwani made this statement during her talk at Binance Blockchain Week.

"You shouldn't buy a full asset if you can afford it," said Sajwani. "You should buy fractions of an asset because you're then competing with the financial instruments that are bonds and structured products and stocks."

Binance Blockchain Week is a conference that brings together innovators, founders, investors, regulators, and officials to discuss the future of blockchain and Web3. According to the event's website, the theme of this year's conference is "Momentum." The website notes that "Momentum propels our industry, not only taking us through challenges but also leading us to our biggest achievements."

Sajwani further explained the benefits of diversification in investments. She said it provides diversification into the real estate class itself, allowing investors to diversify across areas such as luxury, non-luxury, affordable living, and vertical versus horizontal markets.

Sajwani holds multiple roles in the real estate sector. She is the managing director of sales and development at Damac Properties and co-founder and COO of Amali Properties. Through PRYPCO, she facilitates real estate transactions in the UAE. With Amali Properties, she co-founded a company specializing in luxury villas. Additionally, Sajwani serves as a judge on Shark Tank where she evaluates startups. Her educational background includes degrees from University College London and the London School of Economics.

PRYPCO aims to simplify the real estate process by providing individuals with tools and information for buying, selling, managing, and investing without unnecessary obstacles. According to its website, PRYPCO offers a comprehensive ecosystem that streamlines every aspect of real estate transactions including access to reliable data and commission opportunities. The platform also provides services such as PRYPCO Mortgage for homeownership guidance, PRYPCO Golden Visa for long-term residency in the UAE, and PRYPCO Blocks.
