COVINGTON, Ky. – As Halloween festivities unfold, Covington offers a range of activities for both children and adults. This year, the community can enjoy more than just trick-or-treating. Events include live music, a wine tasting, bingo, a book and maker fair, and Olla Cov's annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration.

Trick-or-treaters will likely see a variety of costumes at their doors this evening. Participants are encouraged to stay safe and enjoy the night while keeping an eye out for any spooky surprises.

On Saturday, The Roost Latonia will host the "Curl Up with All Your Favorites Book & Maker Fair," inviting book enthusiasts to explore literary offerings alongside creations from artisans and crafters. The event promises delectable snacks and fresh coffee.

Olla Cov's Dia de los Muertos Celebration on Saturday honors loved ones who have passed away through a cultural festival that blends indigenous customs with Catholic influences. Attendees can expect live music, food, face painting, traditional dancers, and craft activities at Artmarkit.

The Queen City Gala: Coronation 33 Pop Art! takes place at the Radisson Hotel on Saturday. Sponsored by the Imperial Sovereign Queen City Court of the Buckeye Empire, this event supports the LGBTQ+ community through charitable activities. Festivities include cocktails on Friday and a Victory Brunch on Sunday.

Live music performances are scheduled throughout the weekend at various venues in Covington. Highlights include tonight's Toybox Album Release Extravaganza at Madison Live and Haunted Fest Official After Party featuring Levity.

Additional events include wine tasting at Crafts & Vines tonight and Thirsty Thursday Bingo at Frosthaus. On Friday, visitors can participate in Feud or karaoke at Frosthaus. Saturday features activities such as household hazardous waste collection in Florence and crafting events around town.
