The University of Cincinnati women's soccer team is set to conclude its regular season with a match against the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, Florida, on Friday. Fans can catch the game on ESPN+ and track live updates via StatBroadcast.com.

Cincinnati aims to secure a place in the 2024 Big 12 Conference Tournament. Currently ranked 12th in the conference standings, they need to maintain their position to qualify for the championship. The top four teams will receive a first-round bye.

This upcoming match marks the 12th encounter between Cincinnati and UCF, with UCF leading the series 4-5-2. The Bearcats have struggled in Orlando with a record of 1-4 but have fared better at home with a 3-1-2 advantage at Gettler Stadium.

In their recent match against Houston, Cincinnati showcased four different goal-scorers for the first time this season, surpassing last year's total team goals of 17. Freshman Rylee Felton and fifth-year Ellie Flower lead the team with six and five goals respectively.

Junior Coley Sidloski scored her only goal this season during the "We Play For 3" game against Kansas State, honoring her sister Ally, a former Bearcat.

Goalkeeper Anna Rexford has been pivotal for Cincinnati, playing every minute of the last 17 matches. Her performance includes an impressive career-high eight saves against Butler and her first penalty kick save against Iowa State. Rexford ranks eighth nationally for minutes played by a goalie and has achieved her second shutout of the season against Colorado.

A win on Friday would ensure Cincinnati's spot in the Big 12 Conference Tournament for a second consecutive year and mark their first victory over UCF in Orlando since 2016.

In their last outing, Cincinnati lost to Texas Tech with a scoreline of 3-0. Despite creating opportunities through three corner kicks and four shots led by freshman Jada Arthurs, they couldn't find the back of the net. Fifth-year goalkeeper Anna Rexford made four saves in what was her final appearance at Gettler Stadium.
