LFI Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate development company headquartered in Mokena, Ill., celebrated the opening of its new office in Chicago on June 28.
"We are pleased to announce that we are open and operating in Chicago," said LFI Principal Partner and Founder Michael Rose. "This has long been part of our vision as we continue to expand and grow."
Approximately 65 people joined LFI Real Estate to celebrate the opening of the Chicago office, including the LFI team and partners. The event was catered by LFI's own Chicago Dough Company, a pizza operation whose first location was in Richton Park, Ill.
LFI will continue to expand and establish its presence in Chicago with the new location, in keeping with the company's long-term vision. The company focuses on building long-lasting relationships with its clients, and having a Chicago office will help it better serve clients' needs.

Rose founded LFI in 1973, which now offers a combined experience of more than 160 years in real estate, property management, brokerage, leasing and consulting, according to its website. Rose has worked in the real estate business for over 36 years and part of his main role is to focus on strategic relationships with capital sources for the company. Rose also develops strategy for LFI and its real estate investors.
