Martin University, College of Court Reporting Inc and Ivy Tech Community College have the lowest 'on time' graduation rates in Indiana, according to an analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the on-time graduation rates of students who began in 2015-2016 at all four-year schools and two-year schools reported to the U.S. Department of Education.
