The City of Maricopa recently hosted a public meeting to discuss the development of the City Center and new housing, addressing areas such as community housing needs, possible designs, and the best practices to tackle the project. 

WRT, the City’s urban designer, was also present to help guide people through interactive drawings and designs.

The Design Charrette involved residents and urban designers brainstorming possible City Center designs as well as features that could be included.
