Republic Media and azcentral.com have named Discover’s Phoenix Customer Care Center as a Top Company To Work for in Arizona based on the company’s employee input.

“The Top Company to Work for” list is based on a two-part assessment by independent workplace research firm Best Companies Group, according to a press release. The research includes an employer questionnaire and an engagement and satisfaction survey done by employees.

“Discover’s commitment to creating an engaging company culture contributes to attracting and retaining top talent,” Steve Bayans, Discover’s vice president of operations in Phoenix, said in a statement. “We are proud to be acknowledged as one of Arizona’s Top Companies to Work for. Our employees are a priority and we will continue to leverage their ideas and feedback to drive engagement."

Discover’s Phoenix Customer Care Center includes employee amenities such as a fitness center, a mile-long walking path, lounges, sports facilities and a full-service cafeteria. Discover also offers its employees tuition reimbursements, maternity and paternity leave, as well as professional development programs.
