West USA Realty has tapped Michael Hofstetter as its new designated broker, succeeding C. Dale Hillard.

The recent announcement came with a vote of confidence from company colleagues, according to a news release.

Hillard added that he has worked closely with Hofstetter for the past three years as part of a conscious changeover strategy. 

“I'm confident that Michael is ready to transition into this leadership position,” Hillard said. “Michael embodies our 'agent-centric' philosophy and delivers extraordinary broker support and leadership."

Hofstetter has been a broker in Arizona for 12 years and a real estate license for 21 years, with expertise in high-volume sales, coaching, training and mediation as well as deep community and civic involvement.
