The Tucson Metro Chamber recently welcomed Susan Manfredi, the new investor services and affinity director, to the organization.
“The Tucson Metro Chamber is very pleased to have Susan join our team," Mike Varney, president and CEO, said. "She brings a rich background of customer service from several industries to the Tucson Metro Chamber. Caring for chamber investors and being a reliable 'go-to' organization for problem-solving is our highest priority.”
Manfredi brought a range of experience from the airline industry and nonprofit sectors to her new role. She will cultivate new investors, strengthen existing investor relationships and serve as the high-level concierge. Her duties also include managing the Chamber/CopperPoint Association and Blue Cross Blue Shield programs and acting as co-lead of the Ambassadors volunteer committee.
Before joining the Tucson Chamber, Manfredi served as director of business development at the Chamber of Commerce of Highlands Ranch, Colo. She increased the chamber's engagement, membership and visibility in the community.
Manfredi's undergraduate degree is in mathematics and actuarial science from Georgia State University. Her masters' degree is in administration with a focus on organizational communication and development from Central Michigan University.
