Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison, a nationwide leader in developing and building homes, said Thursday that Ranking Arizona, the state’s largest opinion poll, voted its Phoenix division the Top Production Builder of 2016.

The award marks the third straight year that Phoenix division has been recognized as a top production builder. The company also was recently recognized as America’s Most Trusted Home Builder. 

The Phoenix division of Taylor Morrison is committed to developing and building quality homes for its customers. 

"Earning this award means a great deal to us and shows us that through hard work we're achieving our goals and providing a valuable service to Arizona homebuyers," Taylor Morrison Phoenix Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing Todd Hahn said.

Ranking Arizona nominated Taylor Morrison in the Top Production Builder category before the award was voted on by the general public. Quality and service were the key components voters were asked to consider before casting their ballots.

Taylor Morrison has more than 40 communities currently located in Maricopa County.
