Taking pride in its diverse staff, the investment, development, construction and management firm, MC Companies, announced Michelle Sinclair as its new director of operations yesterday from its headquarters in Scottsdale.

"Not only do I hope to create ways to generate revenue opportunities for the company, I look forward to having a positive impact," Sinclair said. "As director of operations, the position will allow me to continue to build on the amazing foundation that MC Companies has already created that develops and empowers their team members."

Ever since she rented her first apartment home and a leasing agent suggested she look into property management, Sinclair has worked in the multi-family housing industry. With key roles at Prometheus Real Estate, Mark Taylor Residential and Trillium Residential, she bettered her understanding of property operations and honed her leadership abilities and became Trillium’s president in 2011.

"Property Management has offered me so many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally over the last 26 years," Sinclair said. "I am motivated and passionate about helping others and this industry allows me to do that."

MC Companies expressed excitement about their newest team member in their continued quest to move to the forefront of the multi-family housing industry, stating that they are “thrilled to be bringing Sinclair aboard to add her unique voice to company conversations.”

The firm has completed over $500 million in multi-family and commercial value-added transactions since 1985.
