Wood Partners has begun leasing homes in its new 237-apartment unit in Uptown Phoenix, which is the first luxury apartment community in the area and includes a sky deck overlooking Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain.

Real estate developer Wood Partners is leasing the 301-unit community, which was built on the foundation of a historic steel fabrication facility. Units include private loft patios and high-tech entertainment.
