The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. revealed on July 20 that Thomas K. Montag has been selected as an independent director of the board, which started on July 17. Additionally, Montag will join the Audit, Governance, and Risk Committees of the board in his role as a director, according to a press release by Goldman Sachs.
